Non-destructive Testing

Thanks to the Non-destructive Testing and to the application of standardized methods and particular tools to value the severity and extension of every present defect, several types of volumetric or superficial irregularities can be detected. Among these tests, we are able to perform:

• Ultrasounds (UT): cracks, fractures, porosity, inclusions on welded joints, extruded or forged parts.
• Liquid Penetrant Inspection (LPI): superficial cracks on support structures, lifting devices, rolled products, tie rods, etc..
• Thickness gauge (UT): thickness control of walls and piping, rolled plates, components.
